Hi, Joe Holzer here. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for dropping by my site and tell you a little bit about myself. I am currently a freshman in college. I created this site to show people how to jump higher and fastly improve their vertical. At 5′7″, I really needed to do something drastic to be an asset to my coaches and team. And I did it!
